Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your time line for proposals?

We start accepting proposals in September of each calendar year through March 1st of the following year.  For example, 9/1/23 - 3/01/24.  Our foundation reviews and votes on the accepted proposals during our annual meeting which occurs over a weekend in April to May timeframe (after the March 1st deadline).  If your proposal is approved, the funds will be sent in July of that calendar year.

2. Do you accept International proposals?

We require that all applicants are recognized as a nonprofit with IRS 501(c)3 status.  

3. Am I eligible?
