Interim & Final Reports

Interim / Final Report Process

  • Proposals that receive funding must complete the interim/final report form

    • Completed projects: Submit final reports by April 1st

    • Incomplete projects: Submit interim reports by April 1st

  • This provides assurance of project completion/success, and is an opportunity for grantees to demonstrate results

  • Grantees who do not submit reports risk rejection of future funding
